As a Brit who lives both in Ireland and France, I can confirm that EU citizens get whatever the locals get, when living in another EU country. Lots of ex-pat Brits I know of, who live in France, are bricking it about what will happen to them if Brexit occurs (especially if they are retired and living off a UK pension). I strongly suspect that due to my personal circumstances, I will have to become an Irish citizen if it happens.
