Transfer fees depend in these post-Bosman days very largely on the value of
the outstanding part of the player's contract, and what you'll have to pay
him .
Anything over £1m will be good for Healy - he's only got a year outstanding
but he'll want premiership wages - this is his last chance at a decent
contract. Say £20k/wk = £1m/yr x 4 years - so a buyer will have to factor in
£4m to
the player in wages over his contract.
