Do you not question the deliberate naming of two companies who voted against Bates ? What is the intention here ? If you do some digging you will find the connection and see why this is a bad case of bullying.
Rick, I have to pull you up here. What do you mean, "If you do some digging"? Do you mean if you 'read between the lines' and spin this into an argument for yourself or that you have evidence of a clash of ego's between the owners of the companies named and Bates? Why shouldn't Bates et al mention such companies when you and his many other detractors feel happy to use Yorkshire Radio as a counter argument because it's involvment helped Bates? Aren't you one of the many asking for transparency in the club and it's financial dealings? Can it not be argued that this is exactly that? I also note towards the end of your post you again use the penny in the pound argument, whether or not better offers were put forward, it isn't that simple is it? But to admit the additional 30p in the pound (That I was unaware of) would weaken your stance wouldn't it? Also the 'better' offers (Morris said I believe 20p up front with 20p to follow when we got promoted, don't know if this was Championship or Premiership, sorry) So because the potential offer was 9p in the pound better, should that be the preffered option? Again, as I am keen to state, it's not that simple is it it is not black and white, what are Morris's intentions for the club if he were to 'win'? If I did a bit of 'digging' on his offer maybe I could find something sinister! _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
