Why be defeatist about the 15pts - there's a growing feeling that it's disproportionate, and a decent chance it will be removed or substantially reduced. 15 points is a lot to overcome - plus the minimum 50 needed to stay out of the bottom 4. You should be bothered about it - and you should be doing whatever possible to get it overturned while there's a good chance to do so.
