The 2-2 draw was my second Leeds game ever, and at that young age it would be a 
while before I saw Leeds at a venue that wasn't Portman Road.
 
I still can't remember the seeing the Charlton goal first time round, but at 
least I will be able to say with pride that "I was there", the next time that 
clip comes round on the pre-match video.

The game you mention against Ipswich away in August 28th 1971 was 2-0 to Leeds
and the scorers were: Lorimer and Belfit. Jack Charlton scored just the once
in a league match against Ipswich and that was in 1972 -73 season,
Nov 4th 1972 away at Ipswich draw 2-2 Charlton and Lorimer scored.
