I don't really have any pictures. My setup was like Bill's. The only difference
is I made my sprockets from .120 laser cut steel.I've fabricated a pretty wide
range of items for the late model machines, but mostly designed for the model
900. Tools for leveling the bed easily, two inch taller legs to max out the
turning radius to those off the 1800, custom gears, a quick change direction
changer, a reciprocator, custom index plates and the latest is a new headstock
and tail stock for the revo.  I don't have a catalog, but all items have been
shown I. The group at one point. Health problems cut me down in 2012 so I've
had to stop building custom items. I'm working my way back to being able to
offer legacy components. One thing I've never done is making anything that
legacy makes. We need to support the mothership for as long as they help
support us.I would love to see all the new people show what they are doing than
seeing new messages from the core guys like me, Mike, curt, and bill etc. Thanks
for the questions and comments.TimSent from Samsung tablet

did with #25 chain.  I made my own sprockets and keyed them to the drive
spindle and lead screw. It worked great.  Lots of wisdom in the old post for
sure. We were all younger and more ambitious!
