Personally, I am glad they are finally using HTML ...it's a great leap
forward.

I have to say that your email software is broken
and fails to meet the RFC requirements. If you required the software
vendor to meet RFC standards, you did not get what you paid
for. If you did not require RFC compliance, then someone
failed to advise you properly. HTML messages are difficult for those using
assistive technologies to use. Considering that many genealogists are
older than the general Internet population, you are creating problems for
your customers. Not a good business model.
