Personally, I am glad they are finally using HTML ...it's a great leap
forward.

failed to advise you properly.
HTML messages are difficult for those using
assistive technologies to
use. Considering that many genealogists are
older than the general
Internet population, you are creating problems for
your customers.
Not a good business model.
