No.  I just tried it and the newly added person didn't have the RIN added to
the User ID field. I would think that with the option selected that should
happen.  I'm going to pass this on to Brian to add to the bug list.

Interesting suggestion.  I had not used that option.

It brings up an interesting question: with that option selected, would the
numbers placed in the User ID field be replaced by the "newer" RINs when and
if the RINs need to be renumbered as mentioned by Sherry?
