By reports, are you talking about charts??
This still doesn't explain how I'm to get an image from a source to display on the family page, pedigree chart etc. What am I missing??

Not sure what you are
actually looking to do.

OK, I frequently save an online image and then use it in my family file. If I ever wanted to publish the, I'd want to get rid of many of these (or get permission to use them) because of copyright violations, but I don't have an easy way to search and eliminate these since there's no way to make a source citation.

Besides, if you had a verbal description of a person, you could enter a source, right??

Don't books and magazines mostly give the sources of their photos? If someone doesn't WANT to include a source, no one is forcing them to do it.

I have no objections to adding images to source, but I still don't know of ANY reason why we can't add a source for an image?? Unless it's a programming issue. But we can add text in the captions and descriptions. So if we can't add a source for the image for programming reasons, why can't we add a source for the caption or description??

Yes you can. But why. The program is set up to add
photos to the persons file, then you can copy the
location of the photo to as many different places as
desired. Sources are for documenting data you have
found. A photo of a person winning an award could be
proof, and thus a source. Not sure what you are
actually looking to do. Add his photo to his
individual page, then order the reports, choosing to
display various photos.

OK, Let's say I have a photo of my grandfather that

Is there a way to do that thru attaching it to a
SOURCE???
