If you use photoshop, you can put the sourcing in the "info" - if you pass the photo on to a fellow photoshop user, it will convey (I believe some other programs may read it, as well.) However, many people espouse the view that you should attach a source to the bottom of the photo, by extending the "canvas" and entering the full source in text.
I have not done this, but am considering it - after I do the million and one other things that I need to do! Sometimes I just stick it in under "description" but of course that doesn't get it into the Master Source List. 2) Also is there a way to copy picture, caption etc. to a clipboard in order to attach it to another individual, location or what have you? Am I blind to some things?? 3) And Does copying reduce the quality? -- Pat ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phil Hawkins" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <LegacyUserGroup@legacyfamilytree.com> Sent: Monday, September 10, 2007 7:50 AM Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Pictures > Nancy Bender wrote: >> Phil, >> I don't know if you can do what you want from the individual's picture >> gallery, but you can do it from the Picture Center. >> When it the Picture Center for the individual in question, go to the tab >> on the far right that says "Attached Pictures".
