In a GEDCOM is a long field that, I think, contains date, RIN number, and
perhaps more. It is what Legacy uses to uniquely identify person for use in
intellimerge. I have seen the same identifier in GEDCOMs from PAF. I suspect
that is the Universal Identifier.
