I don't want to steal JL's thunder, but he has an excellent filing
plan described on his site.  He makes reference to the MRIN filing
system that Geoff Rasmussen teaches.  There is a link to Geoff's
tutotial within JL's blog

I'd also recommend, if you're relatively new to this, that you read
some of the other items regarding organization, on his site.  Good
ideas to be found there, as well as technical help.

If you haven't used the Legacy training videos, they are also worth
the price you pay for them.  I refer back to them often for help and
remediation!

You might also check this user group's archives and search for
"lumpers and splitters."  There are definitely two different schools
of thought when it comes to entering your sources.  You just have to
choose which one works best for you.
