Brian, you've helped me previously, and I wonder if you can help me again. I sent the following message twice to Customer Support - with no reply. So, in desperation I sent it again to the user list today and have been chastized by one member for the way I sent the message. I will no longer deal with the user group.
Here is my problem: I am having problems - all of a sudden - with my source numbers (superscript numbers) not showing up on reports nor on family group sheets. Worked fine for me yesterday morning, but when trying a new report yesterday afternoon, it stopped working, yet I had not changed anything in my "customize options." I've tried every combination of things to do, but nothing is working. I tried again just a few minutes ago and I cannot get the superscript source indicators to appear on my reports. Any idea what I'm doing - or not doing? Please and thank you. I'm about ready to go to Family Tree Maker!!
