Did you *look* in the c:\Legacy folder using Windows Explorer to see if the file is not there?
It's under "I" for "Install" not under "U" for uninstall! Funny but I'm getting a lot of reports that the file is missing but the user is looking under "U" in the file list in Windows Explorer! It's clearly showing in my Files list in Windows Explorer. Thanks for using Legacy. (7.0.0.90 did cure my run time error 5 problem, but it - or perhaps my similarly timed installation of Adobe Reader 9 - "caused" my Legacy print/preview and missing install.log problem). I was not still using .89 when that happened.
