Thanks to you all for your responses. The issue was with the Report options section. Everything else everyone mentioned I had already dealt with when setting up my program as I had old files in v6 on my notebook and was looking at them when setting up v7 on my PC.

'Surname all uppercase'. I have set the settings in to program to display and print surnames in upper case as per standards for genealogical reporting that I have been taught. I never had this issue in v6. Any ideas?
