Why ever do they not use utf-8 coding - Unicode? Or more precisely, why allow SOME of these characters in Notes but nowhere else?
Is this something to suggest as an enhancement? It would seem that the only ones which do work are the Special Characters included in the Font List. No doubt due to the lack of utf8 coding.
