I should have also said I want them in Source ID numerical order rather than
alphabetical by Master Source name. Can I do that? Kind of an index to my
copies of sources which I have in numerical order.

Look on the "Options" tab for the report - check the appropriate box.
Just tried it and the File ID is included just fine.
