One way would be to mention the additional articles in the Notes field. After quoting the start of the first article you could continue "An article also appeared in the <paper name> on <date> under the heading <title>. This article began:... A further article was printed in the <paper name> on <date> and began ..." Rather than "mess up" my Location list with newspaper titles, I put the name of the paper in the Desc field, the place of its publication in the Place field and quote the article, including the heading or title, in the Notes field. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
