No, I haven't reported it, yet. I have currently submitted higher priority (for me) problems that I want fixed first.
In Version 9.0.0.209, if I am interpreting the screen correctly, there is no option (ie check box) to select "Source Citation Details" media for all individual or a selected individual. There is a "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen but I thought that was for all source citation details in the family file. If I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes within that section checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen UNCHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the report shows the counter at the bottom of screen reach 221,000 (the number of media records in my file but then gives the message "No pictures were found for the options selected" even though there are media items attached to source citation details for that individual. On the other hand, if I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes within that section checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen CHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the report shows the counter at the bottom of screen reach about 19,000 and then hang until the Error 6: Overflow Message is eventually displayed.
