Running Windows 10.
No error message, windows " blue round" working icon for a couple of seconds, 
and nothing happens - normally preview would appear on screen.
I tried creating a text file, saves ok, but when opened it is blank - no 
information.
I tried creating a pdf file, asks for name and location, but does not create a 
file.

It would help a lot if you gave us more information on what happens when you 
try to print the report for those three people.
Do you get an error message? Is the report garbled or does it contain errors? 
every bit of information on the difficulty will help those trying to come to 
your aid.
