Just checked, had a Microsoft update today and checked Office 365 for updates. Download and installed all Microsoft and Office 365 updates. Restarted Windows etc. No change – problem only affects the three latest added individuals on “Individuals” tab and reluctant to add more until this is fixed. All the other tabs for reports Preview and Print are fine for all individuals. Do you get an error message? Is the report garbled or does it contain errors? every bit of information on the difficulty will help those trying to come to your aid.
