Restarted computer a number of times and always shut down every evening.
Run File > File Maintenance> Check/Repair in Legacy - only one source citation 
which had been duplicated.

Ian,
Have you updated Legacy? There was a problem like this a while back with newly 
added people.
Have you restarted your computer again. Sometimes a Windows update doesn't bed 
in properly before another restart.
Have you run File > File Maintenance> Check/Repair in Legacy?

If you've done all that and still have the problem, ask Support.
