I think most of us enter our data one family at a time, in which case it is
easy enough to click on view, children's list, click on sort at the end,
just to make sure that they are in the right order.  Since the current
program puts all the children without birth dates at the top when you hit
sort, I move individuals up or down with the arrows in the lower right hand
corner if some children don't have dates.  Its fine that some of you use
"c." for an estimated date, just don't impose that option on the rest of us
by asking for a program that requires a date in the birth field to work
right.  In other words, I like it just the way it is.

Now I can understand how someone who has inherited a 5,000 family data base
or failed to sort at the time they entered the information might want the
universal sort button.  However, I would suggest that this button be well
hidden as part of file correction with a strongly worded warning that
explaines clearly that it will screw up correctly sorted families where
there are some children without birthdates.
