If for example, you open your printer, and open properties, you will find you can click on any word within inches of the boxes and the check mark will appear in the box. So I see this as a Microsoft problem. Just my thoughts

Paula, I think you'll have to take this up with Microsoft... :) I don't think the Legacy programmers have any control over the way Windows does it. Brenda.
