If for example, you open your printer, and open properties, you will find you can click on any word within inches of the boxes and the check mark will appear in the box. So I see this as a Microsoft problem. Just my thoughts

Note that you can click as close as you like to any of the 9 Tags and they DO NOT get activated -- you have to actually click ON THE BOX to activate.

Paula, I think you'll have to take this up with Microsoft... :) I don't think the Legacy programmers have any control over the way Windows does it. Brenda.
