Just look at "options" in Excel, Word, Outlook etc. They all exhibit the
same issue.

The moral seems to be to look at your screen when you start clicking

I'm not so sure it's a Microsoft problem. I've never seen any other Windows
based program that behaves like this for radio buttons or check boxes.
