Ron,

In the Create Web Pages function (Ctrl+W), on the Links Tab, you will
have to check all 4 check boxes in the section "Custom HTML
Headers/Footers" In the first text box, place all your header code, and
the second all your footer code.  Make sure that "Remove program
genbreated headers/footers are checked.

Better than a bought one!
