Thank you Jan & Dennis for your thoughts. I will do as you suggested. Leave 
the event sentences as they are and as I print out a report - as I rarely 
do- fix them at that time. I didn't know about the Event Report to check 
data. That will be a big help. Isn't Legacy a wonderful program but not as 
wonderful as the User's Group!!!
