Hello Legacy listers, Does anyone else have this unusual problem or can they explain why it may happen?
I turn my computer on in the morning. I usually work on it throughout the day and switch it off about midnight. Legacy would be opened at some point during the day and I will do some research. However around 11.30pm to shutting down the computer Legacy throws a wobbler and any notes in any individual I am looking at have all disappeared and gone blank and the program freezes. Even when I switch to another person I have the same thing ... Blank notes. Also other information sometimes disappears too. I then have to just shut it down without a back up, as it may be corrupted with 'no notes' I am an experienced computer user, and my computer is well maintained with all the usual security features and energy saving settings.
