What you say is true. On the other hand the XP memory management is much 
improved over previous Windows versions.  When I was running Windows 98 I 
had 384M of ram and had lockups occur frequently. When I moved to Windows 
2000 I had 384M of ram and still had lockups but less often. Since I moved 
to XP I haven't experienced any lockup problems. Sometimes it's not 
necessarily how much memory you have but what is eating up the resources.

As a side note, my ggrandmother and ggrandfather were from Norway.

Before I start Legacy 6.0 I have 720 mega free (running some picture
programs)

After starting Legacy 6.0 I have about 668 mega free, depending on what I
tries to do in the program.

That says the Legacy is only using about 52 mega, and that should not be a
problem on any computer.
