I want to add photos and documents to my Legacy File.  Since reading this
mail list, I hesitate to even start with this until I develop an
organizational plan and understand what I am doing.

I keep my genealogy information in a set of FOLDERS (not directories) by
surname, then by couples with that surname.  So using Connie's idea, within
each surname folder, I will also have a folder for land records, military,
photos etc., as needed, or am I already missing something.  The surname
folder set-up works perfect for me and I can "find" and "file" all the
extras I have accumulated with in seconds.

What would I do next?
