Good point Gail.  Something a bit more specific would be needed.  My
point was to keep the Master Source list from growing to enormous
proportions.

re-enter the Detail even if I place that source on the clipboard."

Marie, I have admittedly not yet used the Source Clipboard.  However,
using my understanding of clipboards in general, every new save to a
clipboard overwrites the previous entry.  Thus, unless Source data was
pasted to every applicable individual in the same sitting you would have
to reenter the clipboard data each time.  Presuming this is correct, it
is the reason I like the way the Picture Center is set up.  It permits
assigning pictures to individuals at any time without having to restroke
all the data again.

It would seem the same design used for Picture Center could be applied
to Source data.
