This is exactly what *leo *and *leoc* do. They are executable wrappers
around launchLeo.py* formatted in a way to make them work for whatever OS
it's installed on. The only requirement is that PYTHONHOME\Scripts be in
PATH.

* well more specifically the code inside launchLeo. LaunchLeo.py is not
needed at all after installing with pip.
