> Yeah I am not opposed to it by anymeans.

I am. Anything that can concievably have government agents pointing guns at
someone for non-compliance amounts to coercion

That violates the ZAP and I am therefore opposed to it - for however much
that means.

Let's see my current ranting thesis is that the government is corrupt and
and the American people are stupid -

So consistent with that idea what can I prognosticate?

The U.S. Federal Government, with much wrangling hoo-hawing and stupid mouth
noises from each wing of the BOYN party, will enact the NST

But it will be immediately over complicated and crippled by special cases
and exemptions.

(Like Instead of banning "Scary Guns" the government will just add a 1200%
sales tax to them and then tell us with a straight face that the second
amendment is fully functional)

But the IRS won't go anywhere. There will be an endless string of mealy
mouthed bullshit excuses and every candidate for the next 100 years will get
elected on promising to finally shut down the IRS.

Which they'll never do.

Following the passage of this abortion, morons will call Rush Limbaugh and
crow about how much cooler Bush is than [insert convienient DEM punching bag
here]

There may be a parade celebrating Bush making us safer from terrorism by
supporting this idiocy.

Cynicism. It's doesn't feel better but it's *Funnier*
