I edited based on my own understanding of the issue. Please feel free to carry out further updates. I change the hotplug to V3.0. This is partly due to the request of HPS (FreeBSD libusb developer). It is also partly due to the fear that we need to have API breakage again from 2.1-->3.0. Other than the USB 3.0 update, V2.0/V2.1 update do not really matter to Linux and Mac OS X that much. So Linux distros can continue to use 1.0.x series if so desired. We can have a 1.0.15 release to capture bug fixes and USB 3.0 thingy as well in that case. -- Xiaofan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Got visibility?
