That is a significant difference.
So is the point that VS regularly contributes to the list.
And AFAICR mentions of commercial products and services are generally in
the context of a particular problem.
For example, if I wonder about writing HLA-compatible code on Linux/390,
someone might pop up and say, "We have a product xxx, and there's a free
hobbyist licence."
