diald.conf file in newest version

Hi,
Hope you'll all forgive a really basic question.  I donwloaded
the most recent version of diald (.99-1?) as a rpm for my Redhat
6.0 system.  It installed fine however, I cannot find the
diald.conf file. Does the new version store its data somewhere
else?   or is there something wrong with the rpm.
