When I get some time maybe I should make a version in English :)

very close, "simpel/small home-network with internetconnection using modem
og ISDN-TA".

Only a description of what a cahing nameserver does (bind with forwarding),
and some of the advantages.

This part is if you don't use diald, but manually connect to the internet
with some ppp-on/usernet/kppp ......
Instead of using "forwarding" with bind/DNS, your local nameserver
only resolves names and adresses on your local/home network.
Obviously you will not find non-local names in your own nameserver.
So when you are on-line, you use another resolv.conf with
both your own DNS server and the non-local DNS servers from your ISP.

As long as you add resolv.conf: `ln -sf xxxx.pppOFF resolv.conf`

But if you use diald the best is to use a caching/forwarding nameserver
