I Solved the problem...It seems kind of RPM version problem.

My Linux box is a Laser5 Linux which is based on RH 6.0, but I
installed bind-8.2.1 in RH 6.1 because I thought it might be more
secure and fixed...

  After I installed bind-8.2 rpm in Laser5 CD, the problem disappeared
# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage bind*

To deal with this trouble, I've read so many documents(many?). It's a good
thing for me.

I'm going to write some summary page in future -- in Japanese ;-)
