Unless you use rpmfind (which, unfortunately, isn't workign with rpm 3
yet) or something like grpm and you have all RPMs in place (it detects
dependencies, but doesn't download, AFAIK).

Note that AFAIK with BSD you need to really build missing part then.
That's not always what you want - you may want just kick the missing part
in and go on.
