Well, the problem here is not so much with the OS. The problem is with
the bloated applications. KDE, Mozilla and OpenOffice will be just as
bloated in NetBSD as they are in RH9. 

In both OSs you can set up an environment with lighter programs, but the
ones that have "good Hebrew support" will stil require around 64MB or
more.
