Hello
I've been using DS 202.54.30.2 (vsnl Hyd) on my local sendmail for quite a
long time, and it has worked. I think the problem is with Mantraonline
itself (sounds more like bad DNS at your side rather than anything else).
So, change to VSNL's DNS like I said and check if this works. If not,
contact their admin in Delhi - Vinod Sharma - [EMAIL PROTECTED] - he
may be able to help you out.
