Yes.... all you need to do is this

        # mkdir /mnt/w95
        # mount /dev/hdxy -t vfat /mnt/w95
        # chdir /mnt/w95

The x is the IDE channel (usually a), and the y is the partition number.
"-t vfat" tells it that it is a FAT or FAT32 partition with Long Filename
Support.

Now, your C:\ is at /mnt/w95.  Find your download directory from there,
then you can work with your file as if it were on your ext2 (Linux)
filesystem.
