I just used c.fnt because it had a simple name. :-).  I got the
consolefonts from the kbd package of slackware 3.4 (a disk sets), and it
says it got them from sunsite (metalab now), but I can't find where.
You should be able to find it at any slackware site.
ftp.cdrom.com/pub/linux/slackware/3.6/slakware/a*/kbd.tgz or so.
Towards the end, the path gets rather vague, as I've never been there.
