Someone else already suggested looking for a line that reads "delay=xx",
where xx is a number, and changing xx to 0. If neither Richard's suggestion
nor that one is helping you, then you have a lilo.conf setup different from
anything I've ever seen.In that case, I suggest you post a follow up that
includes the text of lilo.conf and tells us the distribution, version, and
kernel version you are running.
