Where is this srvadmin-install.sh script?
I'm aware SciLinux is not on your list of "supported" OS's but it's
based directly off of RHEL which is, and I know OMSA works on SciLinux
because it's working on a few dozen other servers around here quite
well. I have just a handful of systems that the latest OMSA 8.3 update
is not behaving as expected.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for providing the details on this issue.
I would like to update you that, SciLinux is not part of the Operating
System support matrix for OMSA. This issue has been observed in
another instance due to storage vendor drivers which are not
supporting on this Operating system. Could you please try the
following steps to resolve this issue? with this approach you will not
be able to monitor/manage the Storage related components and rest of
the OMSA features will work.
1.Uninstall OMSA
2.Install OMSA using srvadmin-install.sh script. Please do not select
the Storage component while selecting the components.
Kindly let us know if you need any info on this.
Regards
Chandra
