This BIOS and motherboard always report CPU = Pentium Pro 180 Mhz or CPU =
Pentium Pro 200 Mhz , whether you have one or two processors installed. 

They also respond great to overclocking the chips to 200 Mhz  :-)

There is no difference whether you set MP spec to 1.1 or 1.4.

Are you sure that there are two processors physically installed in the
system?  I've been running several of them stably for several years, with
kernels from 2.0.x to 2.2.9.

If there are two processors installed, check the jumper settings for both
CPUs and verify they are set correctly.
