So much for silly questions...
So I'm guessing that each CPU needs it's own VRM? And, since this box was setup
and used as a single CPU machine until now, it wouldn't be installed for the
second CPU? I've found the part - <http://www.dualprotech.com/new.htm>, and I
suppose that's the problem. I'll keep digging, see if I can find it locally,
but I'm sure that's the deal. Now that I know what the hell I'm looking for, it
shouldn't be too hard..
