Mozilla is still alot smaller than either Netscape or IE.

I think its a bit premature to criticize anything in Mozilla until the
1.0 release comes along (whichever century that may be).   

KDE has pretended to be stable for quite some time, and it just keeps
getting bigger, uglier, and more windoze-like.
