Well I am one who carries out his own experiments so I read comments and
test them out otherwise you could miss out on the very thing that would
improve your experience because you read someone else on the subject.

The Ubuntu forums seemed rife with comments about the instability of the
64 bit version. Perhaps that has improved recently.
