Well I am one who carries out his own experiments so I read comments and
test them out otherwise you could miss out on the very thing that would

The Ubuntu forums seemed rife with comments about the instability of the 
64 bit version. Perhaps that has improved recently. 
 
I have always used the 32 bit version, so I cannot comment from personal 
Experience. I probably would have given the 64 bit version a try if not
