Agreed. When I get new people up and running with Linux I either a) have
them buy a copy of RedHat so they can have a manual to look at(people like
having something that tells them how/what/where/etc) + tech support in
case I'm too busy to help them or b) Tell them URLs they can go to
and download/print (which costs money) some docs. And don't forget the
time it will take for a new user to really get comfortable enough with
the Linux environment to be productive. Time = money. We need to be
honest and not try to make Linux into something it's not: a silver bullet.
